Mr. Hoff is an analyst in Foresight's Energy and Environmental Group. He graduated from Swarthmore College in May 2011, with Honors, in Economics and Biology. At Swarthmore, he did research in a plant molecular genetics lab, exploring heat shock proteins through transgenic modification. He also focused on International and Developmental Economics. Previously, he has worked at a leading East African Bio-Energy firm and interned for an international distressed debt consultancy. He was raised on a cattle ranch in central New York where he spent many years leading local marketing efforts and established a New York City Greenmarket operation.
