Robert G. Hunter is a market/technology analyst, strategy and operations consultant and project and program leader with over 20 years experience in life sciences. After leaving Deloitte Consulting, he provided governance and people/process/systems consulting to Genzyme, Biogen Idec and other biotech and medical device clients. He served as CEO of a medical imaging start-up, and is currently shaping early stage technologies in the areas of tissue engineering, biosensors and cell processing. He recently consulted related to a small healthcare provider network on process/project/organization planning for electronic medical records implementation. As founder of a sustainability/economic development non-profit in 2008, Bob developed programs in environmental monitoring, renewable energy, and cleantech.
Bob exercises his creativity as a writer of fiction and non-fiction, focusing on innovation, and as an accomplished singer/songwriter.
He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Clemson University, and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
