Mr. Sondee has accumulated over 23 years of experience in a variety of positions with progressively higher levels of responsibility in engineering, product development, marketing and strategic planning. The majority of these years were spent working directly for Aerospace OEM's, designing and developing advanced technologies, products and services. Mr. Sondee's experience also includes working as a consultant for a product development software provider enabling manufacturers to improve their time to market, development cost and product quality. This provided Mr. Sondee with invaluable experience in multiple industries, integrating all phases of the product lifecycle from ideation through product service and support. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts with a Math Major from Albion College, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Business.
